Shahed Latif, Partner, KPMG Advisory, and Co-author Cloud Security and Privacy
Shahed Latif has over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 1000 companies providing business and technology solutions across a variety of areas. During this time, he has specialized in developing IT security architectures, IT strategies, and assessing large complex outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing arrangements. He has also co-authored the book Cloud Security and Privacy (O'Reilly Media, 2009). Shahed is currently the Western Regional Leader for KPMG's Information Protection and Business Resilience practice. He has spent 10 years in the firm’s London office working in the financial sector consulting group, information risk management group, and the assurance practice.

Bob West, CEO of Echelon One, Former CISO Fifth Third Bank
Bob West is Founder and CEO of Echelon One, an executive security and risk services firm. Previously, Bob was Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Fifth Third Bank. Prior to that, Bob worked for Bank One, where he held several key leadership roles, including Information Security Officer for Bank One's Retail Group. Previously, Bob was with Ernst & Young's Information Security Services practice and a Senior Systems Officer with Citicorp International. Bob is a frequent speaker on the subject of information security and risk, cloud computing, database security, and on global policy issues such as payment fraud and critical infrastructure. Bob is on the board of management for the Jericho Forum, and on advisory boards for Agiliance, AirPatrol, CipherCloud, the Hispanic Information Technology Executive Council, and Trusteer. He has also served on the advisory boards of Securent (acquired by Cisco) and TriCipher (acquired by VMWare), and served as a member of RSA Security's Customer Advisory Council and the ISS Customer Advisory Council. Bob is a member of the IT Sector Coordinating Council, and is a member of the International Cybercrime Subcommittee.

Ramy Houssaini, Founder of the Healthcare Security Alliance
Ramy Houssaini is the founder of the Healthcare Security Alliance (HSA), the leading knowledge exchange board for Healthcare Information Risk, with more than 35 members representing payers, providers, pharma and other healthcare value chain participants. With over 14 years of experience in strategic consulting and enterprise risk management, Ramy Houssaini has worked in a wide range of strategic and operational risk areas. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, where is he is currently leading Information risk management, Ramy directed a number of strategy and compliance initiatives for HCSC, a non-investor-owned mutual insurance company that operates through its Blue Cross and Blue Shield divisions in Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. In addition to his involvement with HSA, Ramy is also an active member of the Risk Management Society (RIMS).

Ken Tyminski, Former VP and CISO, Prudential Insurance
Ken Tyminski is a 32-year veteran of the IT industry. He most recently served as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Prudential Insurance Company of America, where he was responsible for the integrity and security of Prudential’s business systems. As CISO, he also led Prudential’s information security office, which established policies and standards, and ensured controls were in place for millions of users, thousands of branches, and hundreds of offices around the world.

Gilles Samoun, CEO NTR Global, Former CEO and Founder, Qualys
Gilles Samoun is the CEO at NTR Global in Barcelona, Spain. Prior to NTR Global, Gilles was Chairman and CEO of Solsoft. Previously, he served at Benchmark Capital as a member of its EIR team. Prior to Benchmark, he was the founder and CEO of Qualys, where he established the company as the leading global online security auditing service provider. Before founding Qualys, Gilles was the CEO of MediaPath Technologies, a LAN caching software company. He also spent five years at Verity, a leading provider of software solutions that power business portals, where he served as General Manager and Vice President for Europe. While at Verity, he successfully managed sales growth and developed the company's European presence. Prior to Verity, Gilles Samoun held various technical leadership and management positions at Artefix and Fininfo.

Chris Zoladz, CEO, Navigate LLC, Former VP, Information Protection & Privacy, Marriott International
Chris Zoladz, CIPP, CIPP/G, CISSP, CISA, CPA, CGFM is the founder of Navigate LLC, a consulting company focused on providing comprehensive strategic and tactical information protection & privacy consulting services. Prior to founding Navigate in April 2009, Chris was the Vice President, Information Protection & Privacy at Marriott International, a function he created in 1999. In this role, Chris had responsibility for all global information protection & privacy activities including executive advocacy, policy, awareness programs, training, information mapping, risk assessment and remediation, and legal compliance, including PCI DSS. Chris and his team collaborated with management across all Marriott business units and departments to ensure that the company's valuable information assets were identified, adequately protected, and leveraged for economic gain in a privacy-sensitive manner. Chris also served as Chair of the Information Security & Privacy Governance Committee and was a member of the eBusiness Council. Chris joined Marriott after a thirteen year career at Ernst & Young, where he last served as the Mid-Atlantic Area Office Director of IT Auditing and Security Services. In this role, Chris led a practice group focused on delivering high quality information systems audit and security consulting services to numerous clients in a multitude of industries. Chris also served on the Ernst & Young IT Assurance & Advisory Services Practice Management Committee. Chris is a past-president, treasurer and a founding board member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and recipient of the 2006 IAPP Vanguard Award as the Chief Privacy Officer of the Year. He was also a past member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Telecommunications and eCommerce Committee. He was named one of the top privacy advisors in 2010 by ComputerWorld. Chris is also a contributing author to the recently published book titled Building a Privacy Program: A Practitioner's Guide.
